Appointments are necessary to try on dresses or for a veil consultation. Once you book your appointment online, you will receive an email confirmation.
These appointments are for our Toronto location only. If you are in Ann Arbor, Michigan, click here for appointments.
For all appointments, we ask for:
- a maximum of 1-2 guests,
- no food or beverages,
- no makeup on the bride, (including bronzer/self-tanner)
- bring non-slip indoor shoes like Crocs, flipflops, or other clean, flat, non-slip footwear. for the bride AND guests. We have very slippery hardwood floors and stairs, and have had slips/falls in the past.
The Brides’ Project is not like typical salons… instead we offer a self-service environment and ask that you take part in keeping our fun little shop nice for the next bride.
Bridal Gown Appointments
Dresses here are sold off the rack… you bring it home that same day. We want your dress to be in great shape… and as such, we want to reduce wear and tear prior to purchase. There is no pressure to buy… but please don’t visit with the intent to just try stuff on… wait until you are ready to commit to a dress.
If your wedding is more than a year away, keep in mind that you will need to store the dress and your tastes may change. Wait until you are ready.
There are no returns and no exchanges. All sales are final.
Please do NOT book a veil appointment in addition. Your dress appointment includes that service, time-permitting.
Gown appointments include a veil consultation when time permits.
If already have a dress, we’d be delighted to help you find the perfect veil to match!
Veil appointment are offered on Saturdays at 11am and 4pm, and on Sundays at 4pm. If you cannot come at these times, please drop us a line to make other arrangements.
We are often booked up a couple of weeks ahead with brides waiting for spots to open up. PLEASE, if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, do so as soon as you can!!! To cancel or reschedule, login to your account here. Click on your name in the upper right hand corner and ‘my appointments’. If you run into problems, just email us and we’ll cancel/reschedule it for you.
