I want to try on dresses or see your veils! How can I make an appointment?
Appointments are necessary to try on dresses and for veil consultations. However, you are welcome to come and browse our shoes and accessories anytime during regular shop hours: Wed 6-9, Sat 10-5, Sun 12-5.
I’m looking for a specific dress and want to know if you have it.
Please don’t ask us. We have over 500 dresses in our store that are all unique by size, designer, style, colour etc. We do not have an inventory because the stock changes so quickly, and many dresses don’t have the style number. If you are looking for a dress currently being sold in a salon, we won’t have it.
Do you carry or can I donate Mother of the Bride or bridesmaid dresses?
No, we only carry bridal gowns and accessories.
What’s the price range?
Our dresses range in price from $100 to $1500. Generally speaking, dresses are priced at approximately 1/2 the original retail price, however we cap our prices at $1500. The average cost of a full-length bridal gown is about $600.
What sizes do you carry?
We have dresses in sizes 00 to 26. Our selection varies by size, and we have fewer choices in larger and smaller sizes. Keep in mind that bridal sizes are different from regular clothing sizes, and dresses can be altered up OR down 2-4 sizes to fit you perfectly!
I want to look at accessories!
We also carry sparkly belts, some shoes, boleros, jewelry and other bits ‘n’ pieces. For accessories, please feel free to drop in during our shop hours:

For donations, we answer your questions here, and you don’t need an app’t to drop off a dress. Come at your convenience during the following shop hours:
Are you wheelchair accessible/accessible to people with disabilities?
Sadly, this is one challenge we have yet to overcome. We’re located in a rented old Victorian house that has uneven steps to the front door (which we need to have fixed this year!), and also interior stairs that have to be navigated. We invite you to share your mobility concerns with us and will do our best to find a solution if possible. Given that we have very narrow hallways and staircases, we also ask that you do your best NOT to bring in baby strollers because it blocks those narrow spaces and is a safety concern. However, walkers and other mobility devices are of course welcome.

Yes! There is a 3-car laneway right behind the house. The access is the first left-hand laneway off Victor Ave. There is also street parking on Broadview (watch the signs carefully… the east side is cut off between 4-6pm on weekdays and they will tow you, the west side is okay), and there is a Green P on Gerrard just east of Broadview.
What should I bring?
- Indoor non-slip CLEAN shoes like runners, Crocs, etc.
- NO NO NO makeup. That ruins more dresses that you can imagine! It’s easier to set a preschool room loose with fingerpaint and remove that.
- NO food or beverages. Leave your coffee outside please!
- Please restrict your entourage to a maximum of 2 people. We do have space limits and we want everyone (most particularly our brides!) to be comfortable and not feel like they have to ‘fight’ for a dress!
